Jon Krumdick 

Owner, Principal Consultant


Jon works with Credit Unions and other lenders across the country consulting and training them on various consumer lending and sales management topics.  His expertise in establishing and managing large-scale, diversified direct and indirect lending programs has made him a highly sought resource for Credit Unions and other lenders looking to establish, grow and/or perfect their own lending programs.


Prior to establishing RLS in May of 2016, Jon worked at some of the most progressive and aggressive Credit Unions in the country.  Most recently, Jon was responsible for leading the strategy at USAlliance Federal Credit Union ($1.2 billion in assets) to acquire and grow lending and membership opportunities through internal and external business channels, while also overseeing the overall growth, profitability and safety & soundness of the consumer lending portfolio and related business.  Jon developed the Credit Union’s Specialized Consumer Lending program which established the Credit Union as a nationally competitive marine, RV and aircraft lender.


Prior to his time at USAlliance, Jon was responsible for the management of service quality for all inbound and outbound contacts of the Member Information Center (call center) at Workers’ Credit Union ($1.5 billion in assets), including the on-going training of staff in technical, operational, interpersonal, and needs-based sales skills.   Previous to his role at Workers’ Credit Union, Jon worked for Digital Federal Credit Union ($7.0 billion) in various front-line sales and service leadership roles within the branch network, call center, consumer lending, mortgages, business development and collections. 


Jon holds a B.A. in American Studies and an Education Certificate for Social Studies in Secondary Schools from the College of St. Joseph in Rutland, Vermont.  Also, Jon was a four-year starter on the college's Men's Basketball Team and a team captain during his Junior and Senior seasons.

John Cronin 

Loan Quality Review Specialist, Business Development Officer


John joined RLS in July of 2017. John first worked with Jon Krumdick as an intern working within his Massachusetts based indirect auto lending team at USAlliance FCU.  Following the completion of this internship, John became a full-time member of the indirect lending team at USAlliance as an underwriter.  In addition to his primary responsibilities, John also trained new hires and helped craft and implement policies and procedures required to improve the lending process. He was also responsible for the daily management of relationships between USAlliance and the external lending sources with whom the team worked.


Beyond consumer lending, John has developed considerable expertise relative to front-line sales and service delivery from working within various branch and back office positions at banks and Credit Unions.


John attended Salem State University where he received his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.
